Demand letters are automatically generated based on the documents and intake details you've uploaded to the matter. The more complete and accurate the inputs, the more precise, persuasive, and customized the output.

Open a Matter
Navigate to your Matter Dashboard, find the case you want to work on, and open it.
Ensure Sufficient Inputs
Before generating a document, we recommend you:
- Upload relevant files (e.g., police reports, medical records, photos, billing statements).
Complete as much of the intake form as possible.
Why this matters:
Our AI uses all uploaded materials to build a comprehensive narrative and calculate damages. Incomplete inputs may lead to vague, generic output or missing details. More context = better letter.
Generate the Demand Letter
- Click the "Generate Documents" button in the top-right.
- Choose "Demand Letter" from the document menu.
- Confirm your request.
Wait for Delivery
Most demand letters are completed and delivered within 24–48 business hours. You’ll be notified by email once the document is ready, and it will also appear in your document list.
