How to Complete the Client Intake Form
A complete intake is the foundation for everything FasterOutcomes generates — from demand letters to medical chronologies. Whether you're a legal professional filling it out yourself or sending it to your client, here's how to ensure it gets done right.
Two Ways to Complete the Intake Form
You can either:
- Complete the form yourself as the legal professional (ideal if you already have the information), or
- Send it to the client to complete on their own device (best for capturing full detail directly from the source).
Option 1: Complete It Yourself
- From the Matter Dashboard, click New Matter or select an existing case.
- Choose the relevant case type (e.g., Personal Injury – Motor Vehicle Accident).
- Fill in the intake form directly in the platform.
- Upload any supporting documents (photos, bills, police reports, etc.).
- Click Save or Submit Intake once done.
Option 2: Send the Intake to the Client
From the Matter screen, select Send to Client.
Choose how you'd like to send the intake:
- Email (sent from intake@fasteroutcomes.com)
- Copy a secure link to send via your own channel
The client receives a branded message with a secure link to the form.
Once they open the form, they can:
- Toggle between English and Spanish
- Upload documents using their phone camera or computer
- Pause and return later using a magic link or PIN
- After submission, you’ll receive a notification and can review their responses in-app.
