  • When the intake is sent, the client receives a single-use secure link tied to their email or phone number.
  • Clicking this link logs them in automatically to access their form — no credentials needed.
  • If they return later, they can request a new secure shared link to pick up where they left off.
  • The form session automatically expires after a set period or when the form is submitted.

Why this matters:

  • It eliminates friction while keeping unauthorized access out.
  • Each link is encrypted, time-bound, and tied to identity.
  • It’s easier for clients, and safer for your firm.

Tips for Best Results

  • Encourage clients to complete the form within 24–48 hours to avoid delays.
  • The form auto-saves progress, but encourage clients to finish it in one sitting if possible.
  • Review submissions carefully — you can edit or annotate fields before generating documents.
