- When the intake is sent, the client receives a single-use secure link tied to their email or phone number.
- Clicking this link logs them in automatically to access their form — no credentials needed.
- If they return later, they can request a new secure shared link to pick up where they left off.
- The form session automatically expires after a set period or when the form is submitted.
Why this matters:
- It eliminates friction while keeping unauthorized access out.
- Each link is encrypted, time-bound, and tied to identity.
- It’s easier for clients, and safer for your firm.
Tips for Best Results
- Encourage clients to complete the form within 24–48 hours to avoid delays.
- The form auto-saves progress, but encourage clients to finish it in one sitting if possible.
- Review submissions carefully — you can edit or annotate fields before generating documents.
